If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us at [email] within 90 days of receiving your order. Tell us your order number and that you'd like a return — no forms, no interrogation. We'll send you a prepaid return label. Once we receive the item, your refund is processed within 48 hours to your original payment method (it may take 5-10 days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank).

What's covered

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, email us with a photo and "Damaged Item" in the subject line. We'll ship a replacement immediately — you won't need to return the damaged unit first.
